Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 July 2026
These terms govern the skriza.com website and the Skriza beta program. Skriza is under development; no paid services are offered and no public user account is provided at this time.
1. Scope and provider
The provider of the website is Yusuf Senel, Von-Hünefeld-Str. 8, 40764 Langenfeld, Deutschland. These terms govern use of the website and participation in the beta program.
2. Description of service
The website provides information about Skriza and the ability to apply for the closed beta. There is no claim to continuous availability; content and features may change at any time.
3. Beta program
An application does not create a right to participate. The provider decides on admission at its own discretion. Beta features are provided “as is”, without warranty, and may be faulty or incomplete.
4. User obligations
You must provide truthful information when applying. Misuse of the website (e.g. automated scraping, disruption of operation, unlawful content) is prohibited.
5. No paid services
No goods or paid services are currently sold through this website. No payment obligations arise.
6. Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise the provider is liable only for breach of a material contractual duty, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. No warranty is given for continuous availability or freedom from errors.
7. Changes to these terms
The provider may amend these terms with effect for the future, in particular when Skriza opens to users. The version published on this website applies.
8. Governing law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the user's country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
9. Severability
Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
